QUECA OVALLE
Filmmaker, screenwriter, producer, and cultural manager. Creator of the animated short film Bordar el Cuerpo (Embroider the Body), officially selected for Annecy 2023 and winner of three awards at Animarkt (Poland), including the MIFA Pitch Audience Award. Since 2020, she has been developing the children’s animated series WiFlyns, La República de las Ovejas, and the fiction series Enclenque. Currently writing her first book, El Círculo de las Bermudas. Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Audiovisual Screenwriting at the University of Barcelona and the University of Lleida, and co-founder of Agente Pájaro, a project dedicated to shadow theatre and reading promotion.

NATALIA BUSTAMANTE
Chilean filmmaker, screenwriter, and photographer with specialized training in post-production. Co-founder of the production company NotNancy, where she has collaborated on projects related to cultural heritage, childhood, and original content creation. Director of Photography for the series HomoNova and Perras, and the documentary Asteroide 2158. Co-creator of Enclenque, winner of Chile’s 2021 Project Development Fund, and co-director and developer of WiFlyns, recipient of the Chilean Audiovisual Fund for Web Series in 2024 and 2026, as well as a finalist at Ideatoon Pixelatl 2023.

PATRICIO VELOSO
Chilean producer, director and educator, and founder of Máquina Visual (now Maqui.tv). With extensive experience in both animated and live-action series and films, he has led projects such as Pichintún, Cuenta la Leyenda and Faunabulozoo, and has collaborated with Pipeline Studios on the reboot of Dora the Explorer. His work has received multiple international awards and nominations, including recognition at Prix Jeunesse, Japan Prize and the Goya Awards.
